Customers are Happy at Balance Club Brumlovka

A customer-satisfaction survey was carried out at the Balance Club Brumlovka at the end of last year. Focusing on the standard of services, the club facilities and the overall functioning of the club, the questionnaire was designed to cover nine independent areas. Based on the final analysis of the survey, it all leads to the conclusion that Balance Club Brumlovka is assessed as Excellent or Very Good by 85% respondents, in each of the categories: General impression, Reception, Fitness Zone, Diagnostics, Group Exercise Classes, Aqua Zone and Relaxation, Sales and Information Centre, Client Service, Children’s Playing Area and Miscellaneous. Clients replied to an online questionnaire, whose reply rate of over 25% exceeded all expectations.

Also, the satisfaction survey shows that 98% of respondents would recommend the club to their friends.

Incidentally, satisfaction surveys are not used to their potential by wellness and fitness clubs in this country. Contrary to this fact, the Balance Club Brumlovka management are eager to get the opinion of their members, which is why they decided to undertake this survey.
